How The HiTZ App Works

The HiTZ Cricket App is your one-stop shop for cricket training — track your stats, review sessions, watch back video highlights, and book your next session, all in one place.

Creating Your Account

To use the HiTZ Cricket App, you'll first need a HiTZ account. Head to hitzcricket.com/signup to create one — account creation isn't available directly in the app just yet. Once you've signed up, use the same details to log into the app.

Logging In

Already have an account? Just log into the app using the same details you use at hitzcricket.com/login. Your HiTZ account works across the website and the app, so there's nothing new to set up.

Deleting Your Account

If you'd like to delete your HiTZ account, email support@hitzcricket.com with your request and our team will take care of it for you.

What is the HiTZ Cricket app?

A one-stop app to track your performance, review sessions, and book facilities — built around Know, Improve, Review, and Book.

I can't find the app when I search for it — what do I do?

Keep scrolling — it's there, just not always top of the search results yet.

What's the difference between HiTZ Cricket and HiTZ Access?

HiTZ Cricket is for stats, video, and bookings. HiTZ Access is a separate app used for scanning in and unlocking venue doors via QR code. If you've downloaded HiTZ Access and can't see your videos, you've got the wrong app — download HiTZ Cricket instead. If you're logged into PodPlay (via the app or your phone's browser), booking should feel seamless within the HiTZ App.

How long will my videos stay in the app?

Videos are stored for 90 days. Feel free to download and save them if you'd like to keep them for longer.

My video or stats don't look right — what should I do?

Tap the circle icon in the top right and check you're on the correct account — this can happen if you have multiple accounts under the same email address. Still not showing correctly? There may have been an issue with the in-venue replay cameras during your session.

How do I save my videos in the HiTZ App? 

On the top right of App you see a bookmark icon — a rectangle with a triangular notch cut into the bottom edge. Tap this and create a folder the video will then be saved. You can also bookmark and video when scrolling directly through each video. 

What happened to the old Stats Portal?

It's being retired. You'll be redirected to the HiTZ Cricket app to view your stats going forward.

How do I book a session?

Use the Book section in the app to find venues, check availability, and manage your next session in one place. Make sure you’re logged into Podplay via web browser or the app to allow for seamless user experience in the HiTZ App.
