Your Booking confirmation will include a easy-access code that you will use on the entry system at the venue. Once you are inside the facility and BatFast interface will be enabled with your booking for you to then personalise your session.
You will be given a 5-minute warning before your session ends. After this, the session will be automatically completed and you will leave the venue. You will receive a post-session email linking to your video and session stats.

Yes, we use hardballs. Full protective equipment is absolutely mandatory—this includes a helmet, pads, gloves, thigh pads, arm guards, and a box. No protective gear means no access to the nets, no exceptions.
